Keylogger - Spectator

Spytector which is a compound word made from “spy” and “spectator” clearly explains what it is all about from its name itself. It uses high technology to achieve the ability to be undetected while in-use. It is an invisible surveillance program that records every keystroke (including passwords) to an encrypted log file. You are reading everything correctly; it is so advanced that you can even know all the sensitive info on the computer you are monitoring. Nothing can be hidden away from the Spytector.

This software is made to serve a simple purpose: which is to monitor the activities carried out in the computer you legally owned. It is useful for an employer to know what his employees are doing at work to ensure their effectiveness in the working environment. Their honesty and productivity in work do affect the profit and loss of a company. Hence, it is important for an employer to invest in such software. It is better to invest a small amount of money like this than to waste more money due to carelessness in monitoring employees. Not to mention that, it is highly possible for employees to leak out important data regarding the company to a third party which will cause a big loss for the employer. It is better to do something before it is too late.

On the other hand, this software is also recommended for parents, especially those who are busy at work and have not much time in monitoring what their children are doing at home with the computer. You will never know what they are exposed to at an early age. As parents, you certainly do not want your children to misuse the computer for any unhealthy reason. With this software, it can save your worries.

Some people even use this to monitor their spouse. It is not surprising at all as nowadays spouses cheating behind another partner is so common. If you are suspecting something fishy with your spouse’s behavior with the computer, you can easily get solid evidence by using this software. Then, there is no way for them to give any excuses to deny the truth.

This software is fantastic due to the fact that it has all the characteristics of a spy-software should have and on top of that, it is outstanding because it is undetectable. Only the person who configured the software on the targeted computer will know what is going on. There is no way the users will ever find out that they are being monitored silently behind the curtain, by you. The Spectator will let you know what was typed on the computer (ranging from login passwords and usernames, Internet browsing, emails, chat conversation and etc).

This software has gained many users’ confidence and support due to its effectiveness and promising quality. They claim that it is the best monitoring software which cannot be detected by any of the following antivirus programs: Norton AV, Kaspersky AV, McAfee, Panda, AVG, Avast and TrendMicro. These are the common antivirus programs used by everyone and look, the Spytector is totally hidden from these well-known softwares.

Wait no more. Get one for yourself today. It is so worth it that one license can be used on unlimited number of computers. Check out more from their official website: http://www.keylogger.net/

The end of my degree life

On the 31st of December 2014 when my final exam paper ended at 11 a.m., I'm officially putting an end to my degree. The next thing to await for is the SPP interview (which no one knows when it will be for us). Then, the degree convocation (which saddens me that it will take place in November). Many of my friends of the same batch as me have gotten their posted school and I am happy for them. On the other hand, I'm still wondering which place I will be sent to.. I feel kind of uneasy and worried.. There are many factors to take into consideration when I made that important decision a few months ago. I just hope for the best that God has planned for me.

In the blink of an eye, my degree studies finally ended. The journey of tears and joy definitely has shaped me to be a different person from who I used to be 5 and a half years ago. Some events are memorable and I will surely keep them in part of my memory. Of course, there are some people and some stuff which I just hope they never have to exist in my life but too bad, they did. So, I just need to bear with the reality that they already happened, accept, forgive and forget. To whom you think I have wronged you, unfortunately I think you are wrong. Your transformation is even scarier than mine and to be truthful for once, I think befriending with you teaches me a great lesson in life - always to beware and never trust people easily. Remember? You taught me this yourself when we were still.. good friends. No matter what, I hope you will let go your hatred on me - We are just passer-bys in each other's lives.

Entering IPDA has totally changed my life and career option. A teacher used once told me that teacher is not a wise choice for me and I should go for other careers. Maybe he is right and maybe he is not. After completing my studies to achieve the goal of being an English language teacher, I think I am capable of handling this job well. In terms of interest, maybe not that much but still bearable. IPDA is also the place where I met my soul mate. I hope that the future barrier which is coming soon will not stop us from continue loving each other. We have been through many ups and downs and we are still holding hands together.

The next thing to consider after graduating is the question - to continue your studies or not to. I am influenced by people around me. Also, by the society's band wagon view. I think I am most likely to continue my studies in the field of Literature in UPSI after I have gotten my posting and a secure job. That will happen only after one year of waiting period - meanwhile I get to enjoy a seriously long holiday at home. I guess I must really cherish this moment as I won't get to have such long holiday anymore after I start working.

Basically, the end of my degree has turned out to be different from my initial expectation. I used to be filled with grudges and hatred towards many people. However, I learnt to let go these negative feelings. I'm glad that I have changed the ending of my degree life to be a more delightful one.

Guess that concludes the story of my degree life. Looking forward to my long holiday. I have lots of projects to be done:

  • make patterned mat (simple crochet) *in the progress, finishing soon*
  • make crochet mat (new skill to be learnt)
  • bake butter croissant (I must do this again!!)
  • slim down (I'll try to get myself to exercise at least 4 times a week =( )
  • make Korean rice stick nian gao topoyaki
  • make BakGua for CNY
  • make meat floss
  • compose a complete song
  • improve my piano skill
  • work hard and play hard
  • have stronger faith in God

A little update of life

I'm finally in my final semester of degree studies. It's unbelievable how fast time has passed. However, I still hope it goes faster. I can't wait to wear the mortar board and have a nice portrait of myself hung on the wall of my house living hall. *excited*

Basically this post has got nothing much important to jot down. I think I am getting lazier to blog nowadays on personal life issue. Instead of personal life, I prefer to blog about food. It feels so good to look back at all the steps that I have captured along making the product. Nobody can understand the passion of a baker unless you are one yourself. People often think it's silly to stay in the kitchen for hours and feeling tired and dirty at the end of the day. Still, it is my greatest passion of all.

I really love baking to the extend I think I'm thinking of it almost every night before I sleep. I just can't help it. I will be thinking and thinking, why is ________ not working? How to make it work? What should I attempt next time? Various questions will be swirling around my mind with no answer but only predictions.

There will be a holiday in October. I think I'm going home. I have a few missions to do.

  • Get a birthday cake for my Dad's belated birthday. I plan to make Chocolate Walnut Cake, something similar to Secret Recipe's. I think he will like it, since he likes nuts a lot.
  • Get some biscuit gifts for my friends in IPDA. I wonder when will be the next time I'm seeing them again. So, I'd like to give them some gifts before we all depart to various destinations in life after degree.
  • Get rid of the itchiness of my hands to bake after 1 month of not baking. *evil grins* I want to list down the things I have in mind:
  1. Loaf bread
  2. Chocolate walnut cake
  3. Square cake, maybe snow white cheese cake
  4. Swiss roll
  5. Mexican buns
When I'm home for long holiday, I surely want to do croissant again. Miss the buttery taste in the bun. Yum yum yum - !

I am an Art person

I grew up in a surrounding whereby emphasis is always given to Maths and Science rather than language and art. I study language for my degree and I know that my fate with Maths and Science has came to an end. The facts and numbers which used to be on my fingertips slowly faded as time passed. On the other hand, my passion and curiosity towards art grow tremendously.

Though I came from a pure science class background and scored quite excellently in SPM for the Maths and Science subjects, I believed those were contributions of hard work. My real talent and interest source come from the arts. I have the interest and passion but I know I'm still not too good in certain aspects. And this is why, I need to work hard along the journey of learning.

I love playing the piano. It makes me feel like a graceful person. Haha - Everybody has a reason for doing something and I'm no different from you. I am glad to be able to join the band in my university. Although I am not as proficient as the rest of them, I still learnt something along the way. They were precious lessons. I learnt about chords which I did not have much knowledge about them previously. Then, I set a goal for myself. I wanted to compose a melody of my own. With the recent bought piano at home, I actually composed a few songs of my own. They are not really professional pieces but then I think they are great enough for I made them out based on listening. I have no knowledge on music composition theory. In fact, I have composed a few songs. Also, I experienced co-working with 2 talented friends by writing the lyrics and them creating the melody. It's really a cool experience. On my own now, I'm still working towards improving my piano playing skill. Not to forget, I managed to perform the song A Thousand Years with my student who is the guitarist on Teacher's Day. It is an achievement as well as a dream for me.

Next, I love drawing. However, I have accepted the ugly truth that my hand cannot draw a beautiful picture on its own using the pencil. I am glad that I have the eyes of a designer though. Despite the fact that I cannot draw, I am good with colours selection. Therefore, I indulged into digital drawing for commercials and I excel in this field. With years of experience using Photoshop, I do think I am a proficient user. I can create wonderful graphics using Photoshop. Maybe one day, I will try to learn how to draw using my hand with the pencil.

Cooking is my passion and favourite of all hobbies. It all started with cooking and I am currently in a delirious mood with baking. I am totally obsessed with it and can't wait to try all different kinds of baking goodies. I do think I have some talent in this field. I faced several failures in the past which ended up killing my interest in baking. It took away my guts to even touch the oven. However, things changed one surprising day when I decided to challenge myself to bake the chiffon cupcakes. They turned out great and from there, I started to bake confidently. I became better and better. I used to bake cakes that tasted super-duper sweet like hell and cracked like moon's surface. Creaming and frosting a cake are tough jobs for me. However, I'm so happy to say that I have successfully baked a frosted birthday cake which is presentable for my brother. I also made difficult croissants. What made me proud the most is that I learn all these without a tutor. Just like learning Photoshop, I have it all done by myself - by being extra hardworking to learn from the Internet.

I guess the next thing in life which I'd like to try to learn is sewing. I have always hated sewing. I feel that it is the hardest art of all. I have no patience and I dislike the pain caused by the needle accidentally pricking into my finger. It happens so frequently whenever I try to mend my clothes. Argh - Also, I never sew anything by myself before - as in a full project like sewing a skirt or sewing a shirt. I studied ERT sewing when I was in secondary but none of the projects were done by myself. I gave them to a tailor and used money to get an A for my project. Recently, I'm quite excited to see some tutorials on how to sew a jacket. Therefore, I am kind of motivated to learn how to sew one by myself. This inspiration came from the depression caused by failure to discover the suitable blazer elsewhere. It will be difficult because I don't have a sewing machine at home. However, if I'm patient enough, I think this dream will come true. So, this could be one of my semester break projects later on.

Ambitions vs Reality

To be a teacher is challenging and it has never really appeared in the top 3 list of ambitions. When I think back, I used to dream to be a...

Artist.. who paints.

I used to like drawing and painting. However, I think I am never really good at it. I have never gotten an A in my Art class. No matter how beautiful I think I have drawn, the teacher always gives me B. That disappointed me and made me realized my limited talent in drawing.

I used to think of being a...

lawyer.. who later can be a judge.

I used to think I'm good in defending. When I was still a child, dreaming to be a lawyer started from TV series. HK TV series. Comparing the characteristics of a lawyer to my own, I thought I have the potential to be one in the future. This dream did not stay long in my list either as I soon learned that I was not really that good in bickering. I often lose in the fight.

Like many young children, I am educated in such a way people always tell me 'doctor' is a great ambition. You must be smart in order to be one. Well, following the bandwagon, I aimed to be a...

doctor... who needs to excel in academics.

This ambition goes dead soon when I reach Form 4. I am from the pure science class taking Biology as one of my SPM subjects. It is great to learn about Biology but it will not be part of what I want to do in the future. I don't think I really like this memorization required and risk-taking job.

As I was busy preparing for SPM, I hardly had time to think about ambitions. My only aim at that time was to score excellent results. I worked hard towards my goal and unfortunately, I still missed 1 A to achieve a string of As. It was a disappointment to me because the subject that pulled me down was EST, a subject which I had always gotten A easily. Moving back to the topic - ambition. When I finished SPM, I received the offer letter to be a teacher. Without thinking too much, I decided to leave Form 6 to join the programme.

Though I know I will soon be a teacher once I graduated, I still dream of becoming something else. For example... I wish to be a...

Housewife. Yes. No kidding.

I think it is great to be a housewife. It is a job which I think I enjoy doing. No risk. No scoldings from boss. No restricted time. Working at home is a bliss to me.

Working mother at home - aha - ultimate dream

I used to have this part-time job using my lappy. Therefore, I have the privilege of earning without going out to work under somebody. It was great and I like this kind of life.

Apparently, it is also because becoming a housewife at home, I can also do what I like to do the most during my leisure time - baking. This can be my second part-time job and it is also my hobby.

However, dreams always remain as dreams. I have to wake up to face reality. Being a teacher will surely be part of my life but I do hope that one day, I can make my dreams come true. Till now, I still think I love to be a housewife/baker/working-mom more.

Being a trainee teacher at SMK Pokok Sena does affect my passion and enthusiasm in becoming a teacher. I tried very hard to be a highly-motivated and enthusiastic teacher. I had fun with the Form 5 students who were willing to spend time after school (although they are currently having exams) for the performance I'm about to put on on Teacher's Day. I'm thankful that they are part of my practicum memories as their existence increases my positive attitude towards teaching. I was a little demotivated previously due to some reasons.. However, I'm glad that they are here to make me stronger to go on with the leftover 1 month practicum. Though I have to stay back and practise during my free periods, I think all these effort is worth it. Some people may not agree as they might think that I am just wasting my time for the sake of whatever-you-name-it. To me, this performance will be a remarkable one and it will be remembered always.

YES broadband review + recent update of my practicum life

I wanted to blog about YES broadband since a long time ago. However, I did not have the time to do so. Practicum has kept me very busy for several weeks continuously. I rarely have time to blog nor to continue my part-time job. The only free time I have falls on weekends.

I don't want to waste too much time writing too long about my frustration towards YES broadband. I will keep everything short and compact. All these while, I have been using Celcom broadband. I decided to change to YES simply because I heard juniors saying YES has better connectivity at Jitra. So, I decided to give it a try. I was totally freaked out at the pace of YES data depletion. I only go on Facebook like 2 hours maximum a day for 2 weeks plus and I was told that I have finished up the given 4GB quota bandwidth. The speed of my broadband went down to the drain and everything performed like tortoise speed. You simply can't get any annoyed than waiting for the page to load for forever. I couldn't deny that its speed is fast when the bandwidth is not exceeded. However, seeing that its depletion pace is so fast, I wouldn't really say YES is a good choice of broadband service for anyone who goes Facebook quite regularly. Fyi, I didn't even watch any video throughout that 2 - 3 weeks time.

Self-posing with a DSLR

I have been really very busy with teaching life. Sleeping early and sometimes late but always getting up early. Lacking of sleep, sun burnt and emotions sway due to various incidents throughout the process. I have finished 11 weeks so far and the week 12 is about to begin tomorrow. Time flies pretty fast. My practicum will come to an end on June 26. I still have like 5 weeks more to go.

I learnt a lot throughout the process of becoming a teacher. There were good and bad encounters. Some made me smiled cheerfully but some made me boiled. It is challenging to be a teacher because a teacher does more than teaching. Of course, I'm referring to a good and responsible teacher who works proactively for his/her students to strive for the best. It is always easy to be a lousy teacher by letting go your commitments and do nothing that is good for your students. On the other hand, it requires a lot of patience, understanding, forgiving heart and wisdom to be a dedicated teacher who sacrifices for students.

These students are my first batch of students. They may forget me one day and I might forget them too - but they will always remain as my best memories. Some of them are really adorable. Teacher hearts you all.

A moment to remember in life

PRACTICUM
Tomorrow's the awaited day after studying for so many years to become a teacher. I'm kind of nervous because I didn't have much experience like some others. I have yet to get my timetable because of the sudden switch done by the ambitious headmaster. Initially, trainee teachers are expected to be given Form 2 and Form 4 classes to carry out practicum service. In my case, the headmaster said he was willing to take the risk to give us a try. Seeing that we are new, fresh and enthusiastic (expected to be), he assigned us Form 3 and Form 4. I'd appreciate if I'm given good classes but again, he wanted us to make some changes to the school and decided to give us the middle classes.

Therefore, tomorrow will be the day to gather all information and watch the teachers' teachings. I hope that I'll get students who I can interact well with.

The school that I got is SMK Pokok Sena. It is located somewhere 30 minutes away from the Jitra hostel I'm living in. My transportation to the school is by car-pooling. So, I have gotta wake up really early and travel to school to be punctual. I used to tease my ex roommate wondering how come she needs to wake up that early. =( Now I understand why. It sucks when the school is so far away. I hope that in the future wherever I'm posted to, I hope that it won't be as far as this. I can still tolerate to this as it is gonna be only 4 months. Ha -

The teachers in the school seemed friendly so far. Everything was pleasant except the fact that it was distant. I have yet to check the canteen. Ha - Good food with good price definitely is a good source of motivation throughout the journey.

HEALTH
Thanks to the stupid fan in the hostel. =( I fall sick. I have sore throat and pain in swallowing saliva. I hope that it will go away quickly as I need to be able to speak loudly in front of the students.

REUNION
I'm glad to meet up with some old friends here. They were very friendly like how they always used to be. It was a splendid time spent together with them. I believe that the time to hang out with them is not going to be long after tomorrow. I hope that they will have a great time during their practicum.

HOSTEL
I used to boast around about IPDA's hostel saying that it is the best one that I've ever lived in. It is indeed good if you exclude the fact that Kedah is a place with many insects flying in at night. =( It's very frustrating to have these insects here and there when the night comes. They bite. They are annoying.

LIVING EXPENSES
All these while, I feel that I save a lot when I'm in Kedah. This is because the food here is relatively cheap compared to other places. I felt kind of disappointed with the hostel cafe because they charged me crazily expensive on 2 meals. =( The food there used to be cheap and consist of a variety. Now, it is not only little but also extremely expensive! How I wish the old boss is back. I miss his maggiee tom yam. It is the best one that I ever had.

I spent a lot lately on groceries. Travelling via bus - therefore many things cannot be brought from home. I have to buy them here. Therefore, having to spend a few hundreds in a few days time make my heart aches.

RESULTS
All these while, I'm pretty happy with my academic results. I am kind of disappointed with the last semester's one because I think I could have done better. Or maybe I should say, I think I deserve better than what is displayed on the screen. Reason is simply because I have put all my effort into it and I did get positive feedback upon consultation and evaluation. It is the worst grade throughout the semesters. Aww - this indirectly increases my tension in this semester.

A Little Lost, Again

I feel that I am never free for a long time. I have always been indulged in many things such as -

  • Working
  • Watching dramas and Youtube clips
  • Baking new stuff
  • Thinking of exercising and staying fit
  • Dreaming when I'll be skillful in driving
  • Getting ready for practicum
The list will go on and on.

Currently, I am feeling a little uncertain.. of what, I am unsure of.
May this short holiday be a fruitful one before I start my venture as a teacher trainee in school.
I do look forward to it.

Random Update

The picture above describes everything.
Let the time pass faster, please.
I am feeling - gruesome.
*deteriorating*

It has been a long time I didn't update my blog about what is going on with my life right now. I have been really super busy lately with assignment and work. In addition, the older I am, the more I think I shouldn't share too much private feelings in blog. Losers get themselves all exposed to the world and the victories belonged to those silent keepers. I began to accept this truth.

I feel that happiness is very fragile. It can be obtained easily but it can go disappear very suddenly too. The moment when you know how to cherish it, that is when it seems to fly far apart from you. It is difficult to change somebody but seriously, is it that easy to change yourself then? I question myself countless of times. In the end, I am still stubborn and persistent with my decision. Will I lose out many things because of this decision?

Enough with all the emo stuff. Let's talk about something more cheerful. Lately, I love baking so much so that I think I will die without an oven in the future. Haha - The temptation to bake and to cook is very strong. How I wish I'm at home now.. Seriously, being in the kitchen really helps me to enlighten my mood. I feel like I'm in paradise without any worries and sadness whenever I do any cooking in the kitchen. Time flies swiftly as I bake. There are many steps involved and what makes me happy is seeing the end product. All the hard work will be paid off upon seeing the beautiful product created. I really wish to have a fully equipped kitchen in the future.

To think about this, I think I'm not suitable to be a working woman. Haha - I really dislike to work. I enjoy doing things at home - at anytime I want. I hate restrictions and commitments, not to mention responsibilities. However, this is life, isn't it - Who can live without those?

I cut my hair a few days ago. I regretted, somehow. It looks.. ugly. I think this hairstyle doesn't suite me very well. I wish it grows long faster so that I can change another hairstyle again.

If I am given a choice to grant at this moment, I wish I could find a soul mate or a sister who can think the way I do and support me in whatever decisions I make. It sucks when you live in a place where you can hardly find somebody to trust and rely on. It is tiring to always have to depend on your own and putting up the fake mask to face the whole world. Sometimes, I wish I live in the cave - then I don't have to care so much. All I need to do everyday is to think of the 3 meals I have to eat and a shelter to sleep. That's all - Life is miserable for me at this moment. I do really wish, I have a sister. I have always wished I have one. Why my mom doesn't give birth another daughter for me - Aww.

Just a short update of this new semester

The new semester has finally begun and lasted for about a week. I was a little stressed up at the beginning due to the excessive work I received. Then, I've decided to slow down and take in less orders. I am balancing better now.

In this new semester, everything seems to be almost the same like the other semesters. People are happy to share their semester holiday activities with one another - chit chatting before the lecturer enters. I have not many credit hours in this semester. Basically, I am quite free but I couldn't understand why I feel stressed up at the beginning when I do multi-tasking.

The only thing that I find difficult so far is "action research"/"upcoming thesis writing". I am clueless about all these and I am not confident that I can do well. It looks difficult at this moment. I have yet to think of good research questions. I simply have no time or no interest? I just wish that I'll graduate faster. = = "

I am kind of happy that my ex roommate returns to continue to be my roommate. She is currently working as a temporarily primary teacher at one of the schools in Tanjung Malim. However, our time seems to differ. When I'm awake, she is sleeping; and vice-versa. She has to wake up early and I tend to stay up late at night. So, I don't really have much time to talk to her yet.

Initially, I thought I would be happy staying alone without a roommate. Then, I felt a little lonely. Haha- I am thankful that she is returning. It makes one psychologically unhealthy to always be alone I guess. Humans need companion. That theory could be true.

Before the semester begins, I dyed my hair at the saloon. It doesn't cost a lot but still, it is an amount of money. I don't really like how bright it was initially - then slowly, when I start to get used to and liking it, a lecturer asked me to dye back to - BLACK. Sigh. Okay - Dye it back then -

I saw a hair styling set sold at Watson. I am tempted to purchase it. It is a curling tong by Philips. The quality should be quite good. Perhaps after dying it black/dark brown, I'll get myself one curling tong. I always thought that a good brand of tong will cost around RM 100 +

I guess that is all for now.

Post Semester Break Look-back

The semester break's end is approaching really very soon. To look back what I have done so far, here's the list to conclude:

  • Improved my piano playing skills - I'm glad that I am able to play more complicated chord variations than last time. There's still a more to improve -
  • Composed 3 songs that belonged to me. One of it was co-written with somebody. I've never thought that I could create songs of my own. A small compliment for myself - yeehaw!
  • Baked a chocolate cake mix and frosted it.
  • Made thousand layers crepe cake twice.
  • Baked egg tarts.
  • Visited Bali with my family.
  • Visited Taiwan with my buddy.
  • Earned pretty well with my part-time job.
  • Used my yoga mat to do Figurobics.
  • Watched my favourite childhood series - Spellbinder Season 1 and 2.
  • Experienced facial for the first time in my life.
  • Had my eyebrows trimmed and shaped perfectly to maintain in a long-run.
  • Cut my fringe myself.
  • Coloured my hair for the final time before I turn it into black/dark brown once again.
  • Had fun with my bff.
  • Had some great moment spent with my Mom - pedicure/home spa time.
  • Tried to put on fake eyelashes but still not very successful - will try harder next time.
  • Something special happened which I cannot tell for now.
  • Done geometrical nail art on one hand.
  • Played Bakery Story like a maniac.
  • Addicted to Subway Surfer and Candy Crush.
  • Reached Multiplier 30 in Subway Surfer.
  • Make Bing Pi Mooncake with my Mom.
  • Had many times of steamboat with my family using the Cornell multi-purpose cooker
  • Watched most of XiaXue's Guide's to Life episodes.
  • Watched other videos hosted by Click Networkz.
  • AND ...
I am a little used to the life I'm living at the moment. I'm quite glad that I do not have many credit hours to take for the coming semester. With the little credit hours per week, I think I might continue my job actively. I hope that everything will go on fine and I will be able to balance my time, studies and social life simultaneously.

Next semester, I will be sleeping alone without a roommate. I used to wish for this when I met one bad roommate in one of the semesters. Seeing that my wish will turn true soon, I begin to feel a little lonely - How I wish that my ex roommate, Cai Ping will return and be my roommate once again. I miss Darvina too. She is at practicum. These 2 are my goody roommates at UPSI. I really miss the time being their roommate - where we had lots of fun and private chit-chat moment at night. It felt great. Thinking of that made me recalled my IPDA roommate, Siew Ing. These people were great. They left many good memories to me in my university life. I will miss them very much.

Sometimes, life is so strange. When you don't tend to work that hard, you will be able to harvest a lot more than you have anticipated earlier. This happened to me in the previous semester. I couldn't thank God enough for what He had granted to me. Despite having a terrible moment, I managed to do quite well in my academic. I thought I would do terribly due to minimum effort I am putting in my studies. Surprisingly, it turned out to be the best result I've ever obtained. How strange luck can play a significant role in one's life sometimes.. I considered myself lucky. That is all I can say.

Time and whatever that I have experienced formed me into somebody novel. I've abandoned some bad habits and picked up some not-that-good ones. I am quite confused sometimes - I don't know if these changes are for good or bad. I definitely feel happier and more carefree than before but somehow - I'm not sure if this is really right if it is to be made as a lifetime personality trait.

Last Sunday, I went to church with Mom. I gave a bigger amount of offering than I usually do - Surprisingly, God granted me more sales on that day itself. Sometimes, you just have to believe that God worked wonderfully in your life when you are not stingy to share your goods with Him and His home. This is not the first time I encounter such incident - It happened before a few times and that is why I'm so certain when I say this. It felt just - like - magic. How God can give you more when you are willing to give more for Him -

I guess that's all. I'm going to bed. Good night.

Blabbering updates

It's 29th of July. I suffered from headaches recently - It was a horrid moment to endure. Looking back at the semester holiday that has passed by for 1 month plus - I began to ponder whether I spent it wisely.

Let's look at what I've done so far -

  • Bali trip with family
  • Taiwan duet trip with my buddy
  • Slim down by exercising and diet
  • Master piano accompaniment skills (half way through it)
  • Cooks unusual pasta
  • Cleans up my house (half way through it)
  • Works as a freelancer day and night (duhh-)
Time passed pretty fast. It seems like I have not done many things. Humph -

Many people were so crazy over the minions last week. Thankfully, I'm not one of them. I will only crave for the fries and not the minion toy. I tend to fall in love with mobile app games lately. I am playing Jelly Break, Minion Rush and Candy Crush Saga. Haha - I pick up rather slow - When everybody has finished playing, I'm just about to commence.

It's difficult to write in proper grammar - I am not a good writer. Looking at some people having some difficulty moment during practicum actually heightens my hear towards teaching. I really hope that I'd be able to have a smooth sailing time during my practicum, which will arrive soon after next year's CNY. Sigh -

My friends celebrated my 22 birthday during our last outing. Thanks Laycheng, Ziyi, Jessica and Meilan for taking out the time to celebrate for me. I really love the chocolate cake very much. I love my new watch too. My old watch has accompanied me for many years - perhaps it is time to have a rest.

Seeing some people having smooth relationship makes me notice how important it is to value the moment. Not every couple manages to live happily ever after forever - Some end their love voyage at the middle of somewhere and meet up with another person - And that concludes the journey of those two. How sad reality is sometimes -

I don't have much photos to update in this post - I guess that's all.

Updates of my life

It has been months since I last updated my blog. I have been so busy with a few things:

  • Band practice
  • Outings at mamak
  • Assignments
  • Online works
This semester is really hectic for me. I have so many things to do without realizing how little time I have. I am glad that most of my assignments are submitted. For the first time, I did my work so last-minute.. as in tomorrow is the submission date and I am just about to begin the night before it. This is crazy. I really have to do something to it. I must not let this happen again next semester. I need to plan my time well and be independent.

The serenity in the morning is a bliss. I slept at 1 a.m. after talking with my roommate. Then, I woke up automatically around 5.30 a.m. I will need a little short nap while I'm in the bus to KL later. Whee- going to KL with my band members. They are really very awesome people.

Never have I thought that I would be able to participate in a band. All these took place because my housemate, Vickie invited me to go and try to play the piano. I am glad that I am part of the band because I really learnt a lot and had lots of fun being with them. This little time spent here in UPSI will definitely be a moment in life that I will always look back and smile.

The three songs which I have prepared myself to perform are:
  • 温柔《五月天》
  • 美丽的神话《孙楠》
  • 阳光宅男《周杰伦》
On the performance night, I was able to play only 2 songs because some songs were suddenly called off due to some reasons. It doesn't matter whether all 3 songs that I have practised will be performed because the process of reaching to the final day is what I cherish the most.

In this semester, I have learnt so much through tears and joy.
  • Be confident. Yes. I really need to learn to be confident in myself, especially in fields that I am not good in. Continuous effort surely will prove some improvement.
  • Be joyful even though I am facing some nasty moment in life. I used to find it difficult to smile or be happy when I feel tired. My emotions will be easily evoked and my mood will be changed to gloomy. However, as time passes, I learn how to control my emotions well. I'm glad that I have acquired this.. skill.
  • Be kind. To everyone. Expect nothing in return but just be kind when I feel that I want to. Do more compliments rather than condemns. I'm in the process of learning this. Also, be a good listener rather than a busy talker. Everyone loves to be listened to.
  • Accept changes. True. Many things in life have to happen because they simply have to. I cannot prohibit certain things from taking place in life. I just need to learn how to accept them. I am doing well now.

I spent so much time with these people in this semester.
They are really very awesome and talented people in music.

Welcome to be part of us if you are interested in music.
We are recruiting crews to make the After Four band a successful one in UPSI.

A solo photo taken by Vickie.
A dream. that I never thought will come true one day.

Semester Break Resolutions

It's a little too soon to write about my coming sem break resolutions but I just feel like listing them down so that I will always have them in mind.

Semester Break Resolutions

  1. Go to Bali with my family. Snap some wonderful photos. Purchase some hand made scrub soaps. I kind of like the strawberry scent soap.
  2. Go to Taiwan with my lovely bff. Meet up some Taiwanese friends if I could. Go wonder around delicious delicacies.
  3. Continuously put in effort in slimming down so that my weight figure hits 5X kg. I need to get rid at least a few more kilos to reach that target. I can do it!
  4. Make myself look gorgeous (LMAO) and more confident. It's a long process and a lot of things need to be learnt to achieve that result. I am gonna work hard for it. Let's start with losing some weight first.
  5. Meet up with Yit Zen at Malacca.
  6. Go to Singapore to shop for cheap clothes with Poh Yong (tentatively, I hope I can make it)
  7. Compose a song. I really hope that I can make it. Just one song. I'm not greedy. I know I'm not really a gifted person in music but I hope that extra effort is able to push me to do that. I'm gonna get either a Kawai or Yamaha to do it.
  8. Teach English? A high possibility no.. I'm too busy for the short 2 months holiday. =( It's definitely gonna be a splendid experience to teach English - well, that's what I'll be teaching in the future.
  9. Buy new clothes. I hate it when I open the closet, I don't have much choices of clothes. Perhaps before the semester ends, I need to go to KL with my roommate to hunt for some clothes. =( It's just so limited -
  10. Be happy and try to be myself. I am losing track of myself lately. I wonder why. It isn't healthy. I'm not really doing good. Somehow.. I just need to find myself back. Also, I need to be more matured.. in terms of things that I say and think.
I guess that's all for now. Time for assignments!

I am disappointed with the Malaysia MyDeal customer service

Note:
Please take note that this post talks about my personal experience with the Malaysia MyDeal company.

Okay, okay, okay. I didn't want to spend much time on this post. I just want to get everything straight and clear at 1 shot.

Here's what this post is gonna be about -

In January 2013 if I'm not mistaken..  or maybe around December 2012.. I bought this digital camera from Camworld outlet via Mydeal. I wasn't able to pick up my camera at the outlet, thus I decided to purchase for the delivery service, which costs extra RM 12. I was like anticipating for the camera to reach. However, they were late in their delivery. Very late. I couldn't bear with it. Thus, I decided to contact the merchant to ask if I can get it personally at their outlet. This is because I am gonna leave for holidays soon. Nobody is available to pick up my camera at the hostel.

So, I took the effort to go to their outlet in KL. I'm not familiar with that place. I spent time and money to look for the outlet. Okay, this is fine. The merchant told me that I could claim back the RM 12 delivery fee from Mydeal as they are not in-charged of it. They themselves haven't receive any fund from Mydeal yet.

I appreciated that guy (merchant) who helped me to write an e-mail to this Mydeal in-charged person. Unfortunately, no feedback was given after long await. I waited and waited-- Called a few times to bug on the merchant.. well, for RM 12, okay this is not the matter of amount. It's about responsibility. As a consumer, I paid the money and I expect the product and service quality to be met.

The merchant got little frustrated at the end as I did too. Why? He forgot to inform me though he told me that he would at this particular day/date. In the end, I have to call him myself, for this RM 12. Ha- So, he was like saying, "if I could, I don't mind taking from my wallet and pay to you". Okay, that doesn't sound polite and ethical as a seller. I know that it's just RM 12, anybody can afford that. It's not that I can't - like RM 12 is what huge sum of money. What I'm particular with is promise and responsibility. I understand that he is a busy guy who deals with different people everyday, however I have my rights either as one of your customers. You promised me this date, I waited, so you should provide me some kind of feedback, isn't it? I was being very nice and polite all these while until the last call with him.. I got frustrated and well, my tone wasn't nice. His wasn't good too.

He then explained that it wasn't his responsibility to hunt for the RM 12 for me. I'm supposed to look out for Mydeal for it. He was just being a kind middle person to help me out with this. Okay. I appreciate that then dude. You should have told me this earlier and I would settle it off myself with Mydeal.

End of the story at the merchant. I moved to contact Mydeal.. the main protagonist of today's post.

I was really frustrated and angry with Mydeal's service. Why?

1) I called them a few times. Yes. A few times. Why? Cuz of RM 12? No. It's because I think I deserve my rights as a consumer. I paid and I deserved what I do need to. Yes. They did pick up the calls but every time, it's some different people who picked up the call and gave me really tidak-apa answers. They asked me to wait. Okay. I waited. They said they would call me back. I waited again. No calls. H-e-l-l-o. Are you fooling me?

2) This guy whom the merchant contacted on behalf of me, Gerald, he is no longer working at Mydeal. Can you believe that last month I just called to Mydeal and that lady who spoke to me didn't inform me about it? She just asked me to wait and she'll settle it for me. Ha-ha. So, the second point is that, my previous emails (the merchant sent twice on behalf of me and I personally sent once to him) are gone to somewhere in the air, not reaching Mydeal.. and no one bothered to tell me about this until today.

3) I'm extremely upset and disappointed with the service provided by Mydeal. Their service is really.. bad. For this small amount of RM12 and responsibility issue, I attempted to contact them a few times (more than 5 times). They seem to take my issue lightly. This is really displeasing. And guess what in the end? The last person whom I approached with, Mr. Choong, he sounded like he knew what he's doing better. He told me that the girl whom I spoke to previously sent me an email to indicate that I am entitled RM 12 voucher which has no expiry date.

Ha-ha-ha..

Do you know why I'm still angry after knowing that I'm entitled a RM 12 voucher?

This is because in my email earlier, I have stated very clearly that I want cash refund. I even offer my bank account number. I said I want cash. I never for once said I want voucher. I don't want to buy from Mydeal. I have nothing to purchase. Why do you give me voucher?

The main point here is, I have stated earlier what I wanted and now, they just simply give me something (well, probably considering that Mydeal still wants my RM 12 no matter what- so giving me voucher makes me have to buy something from there). This is very-- unprofessional to me. You can't just simply give me something that I don't want but tell me that this is the only thing you can do for me.

I was told that the voucher issued cannot be taken back. So? Is that my problem or yours? Did I ask for a voucher code? You should ask that lady to pay for the voucher, not me. She is the one who issued it without my consent. I really dislike this kind of service - you do it, and then you tell me, and expect that I must say 'yes' to it. What is this man--

*cooling down* So the end of the story is: I have to accept the RM 12 voucher and buy something from Mydeal. Mr. Choong said, the good thing about this is that it has no expiry date. Ha-ha-ha. What a joke. I'll have to figure out hard what I need to buy - another trouble to me.

I felt really disappointed with Mydeal, seriously. This issue happened in December/January and it's already April today. It is only solved after I contact them multiple times. And the solution that they provided isn't really what I want. I always have good impression on coupon sites like Mydeal, Groupon and etc but after this case, I think I just gotta be extra careful in the future - purchasing delivery and expecting delivery refund. It's really a hassle process but well, for principle reason, I must do it. I cannot stand how some people work with this kind of principles. I'm a person with strong principles. I cannot tolerate such tidak-apa attitude in treating customers. I used to be a freelancer, I worked with various people in the cyber world, I knew how important it is to do what you say. Don't just give empty promises and fail to do it. That's just not the way- Poor ethical in work.

Let Go of Myself

A very close friend of mine shared this to me. She said, "Remember? You asked me to listen to this song 1 year ago". When she told me the title of the song, "放了自己", I totally cannot recall what song it was. Then, I looked out at Youtube to check what song it was. To my surprise, it's the movie - 醉后决定爱上你.

I felt bad. Recalling back, when I sent her this song, I wasn't really able to put myself totally in her shoes and understand how painful it was to lose someone you loved so much. I made it so easy that I feel like I'm an idiot last time.

This song has a wonderful lyrics. It tells what broken-heart people should do, which is - let go of yourself, let go off the memories... let go the memories that are not compatible with you.

.
.
.

Yeah, remember that. Always. I will make sure these 3 lines always ring in my head. It's gonna be an alarm from time to time.

.
.
.

Recently, some people said some meaningful quotes to me.

"Confidence is given by yourself. No one can supply you that if you always think you're so low about yourself" I'm working on it. I'm trying to build up my self confidence and be a cheerful person, like how I used to be.
"If you think you are pretty, you are. There is no definite ruler to measure it." It all come back to the same point - if you are confident, you are pretty.

I felt like getting into Alice's dream lately. Luckily, I managed to withdraw myself. It feels crazy to think back. Haha.. I guess everybody has a moment in life which makes them feel they are so stupid for doing such thing/decision. Anyway, glad that it's over and I'm back to normal. Everything happens for a reason.

A new life.. full of excitement.. new friends.. new hobbies. A new self.

my life. . . . is not the end yet

Last weekend, I went to KL with my roommate. I felt really thankful to have this roommate who is always so concern about me. I felt so bad to use up her thesis time to listen to me while I'm feeling down. I'm really very thankful that I am not going through this hard moment alone. I still have a bunch of people who care about me to support me through it. I'd like to thank my Mom, especially for being so supportive and concern about me. I felt really touched and sorry at the same time for making her worried. I will be tough and learn how to overcome the obstacle myself. I will. =)

It was difficult to say that I had no feelings at all when I go to Times Square. In fact, that horrid memories nearly killed me on the spot at the LRT station. For a time being, I'll not make myself go there again, unless it's a compulsory. I am starting to believe that time will heal some wound.

Some pain in life is unavoidable. Since I have experienced the cherry sweet moment, it's time to taste the opposite bitterness. All I need are just time and faith in God that I am not alone in going through this. I'll be tough. I'll be happy. I'll make myself happier than before because the next Mr. Right is waiting for me. =)

I watched Ah Boys to Men 2

It is Jack Neo's 20th movie. It's a 2 hours long movie. The cinema was fully occupied. I had to sit quite in front but luckily, it's not really that front as in the first row. It was a hilarious movie and some love advice inserted in it. The funniest part was how the gang of army boys plan a prank video to show a girl who dumped one of the army boys for a samseng kia.

I have always liked to watch movie. That's the only entertainment for me when I go to shopping malls. I think I'll still maintain this hobby.

I bought a dress. I plan to wear it during Bali trip. *looking forward* Teeheee..

Guess what is this?
The little token given by the shop keeper after I placed my order.

I ordered this takoyaki ball.
I can't remember what flavour I picked.
It was one of the famous ones.
Squid - filing.

How cute the little box was.

Ta-dah
4 for RM 7/8.
It was my dinner.
It looks little but it does make me feel full.

Photo snapping with my roommate.
This photo was kind of dark when it was first taken.
I touched up the photo to make it looks brighter.

And here's a solo picture of myself.
Perhaps, I should snap more photos of myself from now onward.
This blouse is a cheap one but I think it looks not bad.
What do you think?

Fried dumplings.
I love how my fried egg looks like.
Oil-less.
Haha.

I'm so busy with my life recently. I seriously have no time to pause down to cage myself in the sadness world again. I felt really very thankful and happy that I finally have a chance to join live band performance as a keyboardist. Haha. This is like a dream to me all these while.  I always envy people who can play in the church as a pianist. I always feel that it's impossible for me to do it.

Thank God for giving me this opportunity. My housemate, Vicky recommended me and asked me to join along. Though I'm not really that competent like those experienced musicians in the band, I really enjoyed the whole process of it. I had only attend 2 practices so far and I really enjoyed them to the fullest. I really hope that I'll be able to perform on that day - May.

.
.

Not only that, I recently picked up some new sports. I am beginning to learn how to play squash - a game that I never play before. My housemates love to play squash. I just join them along. I really had a lot of fun hitting the wall.

.
.

Life is good. It's still blue and sunny everyday when I open up my eyes. God took away something and I believe that He'll certainly grant me something better in future. All  I need to do is just stay positive, keep improving myself and wait patiently for His plans on my life.

Honour to the God who created this world, which is full of sins and evilness and willing to send His only son to the Earth to save the sinners.

.
.

Not to forget to mention that yesterday was actually an unforgettable day that I think will make me smile after I graduate. After getting into the university, my life is nothing but 3 things:
  • Studing
  • Dating
  • Working
I actually went out with a bunch of TESL seniors and band members to mamak yesterday night after the practice. It was really fun. I never thought of this kind of lifestyle because I was staying in the hostel all these while. We need to be in the hostel at a specific time. Thus, no outing at mamak at night and no transportation, my life is dull. I'm glad that I meet some new people. They are really cool and hilarious people. I laughed a lot yesterday though I have to blurt something that hurts the wound in my heart. It's okay. Time will heal everything. I'll still have to face the truth one day. I can't lie to the world about something that has already happened. I just need to learn how to accept it and move on to achieve a better life.

Last of all -

Happy studying for myself. I'm so busy thinking about what activities to teach and what teaching aids to use for my assignment. I find it so difficult but my roommate said I'm complicating it. She said it's easy but I seriously find it very difficult. Thus, here I am in the library, alone, at 8 pm (kinda scary) collecting various exercise books - studying how to create interesting activities. It's really not that easy as I thought all these while. Rawr...

New House in Tanjung Malim

It's a new semester again. I am currently pursuing my 3rd year of degree in semester 5. Time flies. From IPDA, Kedah, I came to this small town called Tanjung Malim to study in UPSI. One year has passed by and I still have 1 more year to go at here before I need to shift back to Kedah. Somehow, I prefer to stay in Kedah because I feel more homey there. At here, I don't think I enjoy it that much.. For various reasons, I still think IPDA is the best institution with the best accommodation.

In the past 1 month holiday, I spent most of my time working and going out with my friends. Chinese New Year went by in a blink of eye and now- It's time to study again. Humph.

Due to some administration reasons, I have to stay outside for 1 month. So, here's some photos of how my 1 month rent house looks like. It is a very nice place to stay with really nice and amiable tenants. They are helpful and really nice to stay with (okay-it could be too early to judge because today is just the first day of shifting in). I kind of like this place because it is well-equipped with facilities that hostel doesn't have.

So, a few stairs to climb before you can reach your room.
It's way better compared to hostel -
like my boyfriend, he has to climb 4 levels of stairs before he can reach his room.

Ever since I started my tertiary education, I hardly watch TV anymore.

So here's my room and little portable RM 50 mattress.
The previous owner didn't leave any mattress (unlucky for me).
So, I have to use this thin mattress temporarily for this 1 month.
The image probably doesn't show you clearly how spacious the room is..
BUT trust me, it's really HUGE!
It's the master bed room and I'm sharing with a girl.
I cannot imagine how torturing it'll be for me to pack those stuff again when I need to shift into the hostel.
T.T

So here's the desk in my room.
It's basically more a less like the size of desk in old KHAR hostel.
I have nothing much to comment about this.
It is good enough as long as I can use it for work and assignments.

Okay here comes the hero.
The refrigerator.
Something that the hostel can never have, unless you're an international student.
With a refrigerator, everything becomes so convenient.
You can store so many things inside and it's lucky too that most of the tenants here don't store much things inside.
There's still ample space to put my stuff in.

So here's the another side of the kitchen..
where you put your cookery stuff.

And here's the stove area.
The basin is huge.
It's easy to wash your dishes here.

Here's bathroom number 1.
The toilet is said to be spoiled but the second one is good to use.
It's big too.. so much bigger compared to old KHAR hostel's bathroom *recall-- argh!*
I feel so happy using this bathroom because it's clean and people don't put their shampoo and everything inside.
Everybody shares it together and makes it convenient for everybody.
That should be the way!

Place to dry clothes.

The second place to dry clothes at the side.
Argh- how convenient!
Unlike old KHAR.....
Everybody has to line their clothes super close just to get that limited sunlight.

Basically, this house/room is fabulous.
The rental per month is RM 130 not including electricity and water bill yet.
It's presumed to be additional RM 20 which makes it a total of roughly RM 150 per month.
Worth it?

I wish to stay here for the whole semester but..
it's kind of costly to spend 1k for something that I am given for free.
=( So, most probably I'll only take this as a 1 month home stay.
