Back to Audacity, it is also a user friendly software. Why? As it is quite famous, there are many tutorials that can be found online on how to manage it. With those free video tutorials, it is possible that anybody can acquire the skill to use the software to achieve their aim. Most tutorials have very straight forward and step-by-step instructions. All the user needs to do is to follow it patiently and pause the video if necessary.

The Audacity is a very recommended audio editing software because it has many functions. Other than removing the background noise from an audio, it can also amplify any parts that you wish. From the Effect drop menu, you can find quite a long list of different effects which can make your recording sounds more professional and studio-like.

In addition, the Audacity can also perform basic tasks such as copying/cutting, pasting and deleting certain parts of the audio. You can do a remix easily using it. Everything is in your control. You can edit it any way you like.

Some other softwares allow the final edited audio to be easily published to other places such as the social media sites. Unfortunately, this function is not available in Audacity. However, it is not really an issue since it does not take a lot of effort or time to do this in the conventional method: go to the specific website where you want your audio to be heard and then upload as you normally would. It does not take a lot of time to do this.

Basically to use this software to do simple editing is very convenient. Nevertheless, it is able to import most of the common audio formats such as the WAV, AIFF, AU, OGG, MPEG2 and MPEG3. The export audio formats that you can choose range from WAV, AIFF, AU and OGG files. It is not surprising that you can easily create a personalized CD of your own with high quality WAV and AIFF files.

For audio lovers who have financial constraint, it can be very expensive to get your audio recorded and edited in the studio. Hence, you can do all these at home by yourself for free, why not? All you need is just some practice on how to use the software and you are all good to go by yourself. Record as many as you like and edit them as you wish. This way, your masterpiece will be more valuable than ever since you do everything from A to Z by yourself.
